Purcell Landing- Model Home
There is a lot of work that goes into designing and staging a model home. Prepare for a shortened-condensed explanation of the process:
We receive a floorplan of the home, we go to the home (usually still being constructed, but able to see finishes)
Envision the final result - usually multiple options
Head over to our vendors to pick specific furniture and decor
Create a lookbook of multiple options for the finished result
Send the lookbook over for approval.
Once all the items have been selected, we place the orders with our vendors, and then arrange for shipment and delivery.
Once the shipment is received at our warehouse and the property is complete, we hire movers to pick up, deliver, and assemble the furniture.
Then we finally take it from there to make sure everything meshes well and accents the home itself!
The key is to allow the buyers to envision themselves living there with their belongings, showcase the home, and draw their eyes across the room. Then a cleaning service comes in followed by a professional photographer, and voila! The model home is open for business!
When Pahlisch Homes called us up to take on their Purcell Landing model home..we were off to the races. And not to toot our own horn, but within TWO DAYS of staging…THREE UNITS WENT PENDING!! Yes, you may read that as if we are yelling. We were! It’s an amazing feeling when that happens. As stagers and stylists, we can sometimes be our own worst enemy, but that is what keeps us striving to be the best.
Staging Spaces and Design (SS&D) is always up for the challenge. Home staging in Bend, OR is shifting. More and more we are seeing projects that want to appeal to first time home buyers (Millennials!) and with that comes sleek-updated looks.

We are loving the new modern and sleek fixtures, color choices, and finishes from Pahlisch Homes! We LOVED getting creative with this project. It was so fun to stage a model home for an up and coming community. These homes will make any buyer excited to come home.
